Created by Training Peaks™ for LeMond Fitness, WKO Lite™ is a personal training software program that helps you accomplish your fitness goals. With WKO Lite™, you can download your workout information from your g-force bike to your computer.

Downloading your workout and analyzing your watt and heart data will tell you how well you were able to accomplish your training goals. Some days you will meet or exceed your goals, which is the green light to stay on your program. Other days you may not achieve your objectives. This often means that recovery is lacking because of over training, illness or other stress. This is a red light meaning that lighter intensity workouts or complete rest is need.

Simply install the CD on your computer and you will be able to use any of the three custom fitness programs to enhance your g-force workout.

WKO Lite™ training programs include a Weight Loss Plan, a Fitness Improvement Plan, and especially for cyclists who want to be more competitive and improve their results, a Peak Performance Plan which measures and charts your watt output.



Once you download your workout data, you can also use the WKO Lite™ program to create your own workout diary. Starting with your athletic Home Page, the program instantly charts your workout data – including watts, distance, heart rate, and calories burned  -  to create an instant snapshot of your fitness level.

Your WKO Lite™ CD includes three custom 4 week workout programs you can do on your g-force bike to improve your health, lose weight, or train to improve your athletic performance.  Simply select a training program and you will see a recommended weekly workout on your g-force bike. You can improve your overall fitness level, increase your short term power, stimulate your metabolism for weight loss and even increase your sprinting power. Personal training to achieve your fitness goals has never been easier!




Once you download your g-force workout, your can easily track your results. This graph shows your watt output in relationship to your heart rate. Shown in the yellow bars is the best average watts for a 20 minute workout. The higher the watts, the fitter you are. Same for best 20 minute Heart Rate, this will show your highest heart rate sustained for a 20 minute period.  This chart is particularly useful in recognizing your fitness improvements. When you relate it to heart rate, as you become more and more fit, you’ll see your average watts go up, and the average heart rate come down.
