TWO-HOUR INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS
RevCycling Climbing Tips - 0.2 ACE – 2.0 AFAA - $49 USD
Maximize your indoor training time by building your strength-endurance for climbing! Learn tips that will help you conquer roads that go up. This session will show you how to design classes that develop cycling specific strength, provide technique drills for improving your ability to change cadences during a climb and improve your climbing lactate threshold. RevCycling Pilot™ Training - 0.2 ACE – 2.0 AFAA - $49 USD
Learn how to design classes based on cadence, resistance, and heart rate using the LeMond RevMaster Pilot™ wireless meter with the music still driving the beat. You will discover how to choose the “real” ride pedal cadence and how music rhythms can provide a variety of RPM within the same song. Create riding profiles using particular cadence ranges that define the terrain and targets specific heart rate intensities. Learn effective cycling drills integrating the Pilot to time your own efforts, intervals and heart rate range. No more guessing games with measurements! Get an idea of how fast, how far, what intensity to burn how much.

RevCycling Alignment Connection
This unique blend of indoor cycling and stretching creates a perfect combination for any rider. The ride “mentally” focuses on correct body positioning while cycling on different terrains followed by specific movements off the bike to strengthen, isolate and activate core abdominal muscles that realign your body. The stretching concepts blend integrated core and alignment mat exercises to help reduce muscle tension from the neck, shoulders, back and legs. Enjoy your workout and “feel good” from the beginning through to the finale!
RevCycling Intensity Core Fusion
This combo-cardio-core session is a fun and incredibly effective way in stimulating your heart, legs and “central control”. From indoor cycling to body core conditioning on the stability ball--you will challenge your endurance, invigorate your lungs, then focus on balancing the workout to relieve back tightness and build functional strength in your torso area. You will learn how to compliment your cycling with the workout that truly utilizes your time efficiently with absolute results.
LeMond Cycling Yoga REVolution
Explore the concept of yin and yang—the universal principle of duality, as it relates to balance in your cycle training. Yang properties of LeMond Cycle Training are perfectly integrated with yin properties of yoga to balance your body as well as your workout. We will learn skills to develop leg speed and leg strength for power. Practice restorative yoga postures targeting muscles tightened by indoor cycling. Recover from muscular imbalances caused by a repetitive cycle routine.
THREE-HOUR INTENSIVE WORKSHOPS
Bicycle Fit – the Real Deal! - 0.3 ACE – 3.0 AFAA - $75 USD
Have you ever experienced any specific knee, back or foot pain while riding? This course may reveal the answers to those issues of discomfort and get you back riding pain free once again. Learn to properly set your position and analyze other riders’ positions based upon an understanding of detailed geometric relationships which helps to ensure correct alignment, reduces the chance of injury and provides a more enjoyable ride. You will gain valuable insights that step beyond the “quick” bike fit. This class contains both lecture and practical (on the bike). Bring your cycling shoes, cleats and all!
RevCycling Athletic Training Drills - 0.3 ACE – 3.0 AFAA - $75 USD
This workshop focuses on learning how to design a variety of cycling drills for classes. Profiles include intervals involving accelerations, pyramid resistance progressions, speed work with jumps, lifts and sprints. These cycling patterns will restore energy, excitement, and focus to your classes. You will learn how to alter the intensity for various levels of exercisers while still maintaining the respective goal.
RevCycling Heart Rate Training - 0.3 ACE – 3.0 AFAA - $75 USD
Train specifically for your desired health benefit! Determine the exercise intensities that improve your health, your fitness or your performance. By monitoring the intensity you will learn how to get your cycling class started and where to go next based on your heart rate measurement calculations. Learn how more demanding riding profiles require specific target heart rate ranges to be addressed even in the warm-up. Ultimately you will improve your ability to train more efficiently while progressing towards the desired goal. By training smart year-round with a clearer focus on how to find the “right” range at the “right” time--you will reach your target!
RevCycling Pedal Jam™ - 0.3 ACE – 3.0 AFAA - $75 USD
For cyclists who want to improve their spin, power and speed! Focus is on developing the pedaling technique to meet the demands of a typical outdoor road ride. By improving the performance of precise pedaling skills, better technique can be achieved. You will learn to develop smoother pedaling transitions when changing resistance, how to increase muscle efficiency during fast or slower pedal strokes, plus how to vary body positions on the bike for energy cost improvement.
