Carol brings more than 10 years experience developing and implementing indoor cycling training programs to the fitness industry. She is a dedicated instructor who focuses on helping people get fit, become stronger cyclists and lead a healthier lifestyle. She has taught group fitness classes across the country and currently is on staff at the PRO Sports Club in Bellevue, WA. Carol has a unique ability to motivate others through her sound knowledge of cycling technique and creating effective training programs as well as her ability to engage each of her clients on an individual basis. She is a passionate recreational athlete who enjoys mountain biking, running, hiking and white water rafting. She currently lives in Issaquah, WA with her husband and two children.
MICHAEL BROWN - Gold River, CA

Michael is a Category 1 bike racer who began racing in 1983. In 2006 he has embraced half iron distance triathlons as his new sport of challenge. In the first year he qualified and competed in the Ford Ironman 70.3 World Championships. As an active Sports Trainer for many athletes, he holds certifications as a USA Cycling licensed coach, a USA Triathlon certified coach, and an ACE Personal Trainer. Mike obtained his B.S. in Exercise Physiology form the University of Colorado where he ran track and cross-country. He has been instructing indoor group cycling for over 5 years and displays a unique teaching ability in combining his professional accolades with knowledge of the fitness industry to help people learn beyond their personal expectations.

A native of the Caribbean Island of Puerto Rico, Marietta earned her BBA with a major in Human Resources and minor in Marketing from Inter-American University, San Juan, P.R. She has instructed a wide variety of classes involving Functional Strength, Body Conditioning and Kickboxing for more than 12 years and Group Indoor Cycling for over 8 years. Scott has an extensive background in Sports Management with leadership and P & L responsibilities in all aspects from membership sales, brand building, loyalty, customer retention and advertising. His former employment by Trek Bicycle Corporation from 1993 until 2000 served as an exciting experience for his passion of cycling. He has ridden five different stages of the Tour de France in 2003. In the longest one-day USCF race in the country - LOTOJA, he finished both 1st and 2nd place in the team division. LOTOJA is a race from Logan, Utah to Jackson Hole Wyoming that covers 206 miles with over 8000 vertical feet of climbing. In 2005, his competing team set a course record in the LOTOJA race as well as beating the PRO category for the first time since the inception of the team division in 1997. Scott has been a certified Group Cycling instructor since 2001 and joined the LeMond Academy Team as Master Trainer in 2006.

ROBERT "BOBBY" GUET - Lewisburg, WV

Bobby "walks the talk" of fitness. His life has been comprised of athletic sports such as triathlons, motorcycle racing, hang gliding, kayaking, basketball and cycling. Master Trainer Alex Isaly is the Adult Program Manager for the Renaissance ClubSport in Aliso Viejo, CA. Born and raised in Beirut, Lebanon. Dr. Kadifa has completed his medical and surgical training at the American University of Beirut Medical Center in 1985. He continued his internal medicine residency at the Good Samaritan Hospital/The Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore Maryland. He started his Pulmonary and Critical Care fellowship at the Shock Trauma Medical Center in Baltimore and finished it at the University of California Irvine Medical Center. During his fellowship he acquired a special interest in exercise physiology both in the healthy and sick population. He pursued this special interest and developed personally over the upcoming years.
Fady is currently in private practice as Pulmonary and Critical Care physician affiliated to one of the prestigious hospitals in Southern California. He is passionate about remaining fit and healthy. He is an avid cyclist, jogger and swimmer, participating in multiple triathlons. He joined the LeMond Fitness Academy in 2004 as a Master Trainer and lecturer. He is a contributing author of both the LeMond Group Cycling Manuals - Foundation and Advanced.
He maintains his position on the speaker board of multiple pharmaceutical companies. He lectures nationally and internationally on multiple medical subjects, including but not limited to overall fitness and exercise physiology.

Linda has a passion to step beyond the typical cycling classroom and get our youth involved with learning about a healthy lifestyle. She focuses on working with the local community to provide products and services to enhance youth responsibility and independence. She is Co-founder and Co-owner of Kid's Concepts, a partnership formed to develop youth educational programs which increase children's exposure to particular topics and develop life skills via a cumulative and creative approach to learning within the family and community.
Linda is Director of the Finger Lakes Triathlon, held each year on the shores of Canandaigua Lake to benefit the Mary Gooley Hemophilia Center, a non profit, comprehensive care clinic serving patients with bleeding disorders in upstate NY. The triathlon is a major event in the area with nearly 700 participating athletes, 150 volunteers and thousands of spectators and including a Kids Tri which grows in participation each year.
